MTFeed for NeuroShell
The entire order process starting from the order pages onward is protected via a secure SSL connection. We have partnered with a reputable and secure e-commerce service Plimus to process your orders.
All of the data entered on the order pages is encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and transmitted to the recipient via a secure connection. The data can only be read by the recipient. This way, important information such as credit card numbers, addresses, etc. can be transmitted to the recipient securely via the Internet. In most internet browsers, you can tell that SSL is activated if you see a closed padlock at the lower right in the status bar of the browser window. You will see the padlock when you get to the order pages.
If you get the following error message when you open a chart in NSDT:
Then the most common case for this situation is that the MTFeed expert advisor for MetaTrader is not attached to an open chart.
Make sure that you attached the MTFeed expert advisor to one of the open charts in MT4. You can do that by double clicking Expert Advisors in the Navigator pane, then double click MTFeed or drag and drop it on an open chart.
You will have to reopen your charts in NSDT after that.
Make sure the required historical data is already in your MetaTrader terminal. For that open a chart for the needed ticker and the needed bar interval in MetaTrader and see the starting date of the available historical data. If it starts with 07/01/2007 then you'll have to download more data by scrolling the chart to the left until you get to the date you wanted.
Bear in mind though that the amount of available historical data depends on your MetaTrader broker and will probably be from 16,000 to 64,000 bars.
The other thing to note here is that MetaTrader works only with a set of predefined bar intervals, namely M1, M5, M15, M30, H1, H4, D1, W1, M1. Therefore, if you use 10-minute bar intervals, NeuroShell will construct them from the closest available bar interval (5-minute bars in this case). That means that the available time range will depend on the amount of M5 historical data downloaded in your MetaTrader terminal.
